All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak times, processing may take a little longer.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections. Please double-check your order before purchasing.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days with photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
🎁 Gift Cards
Orders placed using a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card if applicable. No cash refunds will be issued.
⏳ Special Requests
If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out before placing your order. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee delivery deadlines.
